Don't Become a Victim of e-Discovery: Tactics and Considerations in a 21st Century World
The implications of electronic discovery in today's legal proceedings.  Beginning December 2006, new rules were enacted as part of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to better define the parties’ obligations in seeking and responding to civil discovery of electronically stored information (or “ESI”), including emails, documents contained in application-generated files, databases, and “metadata” for all of these.
